Specializing in RV and marine sales, service, and parts, we cater to enthusiasts across New Mexico. **Position Overview:**We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect RV or marine vehicle to suit their needs and preferences. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within our company. **Responsibilities:**Greet customers and assist them in exploring our inventory of RVs and marine vehiclesProvide product demonstrations and tours to showcase features and benefitsGuide customers through the sales process, including financing options and paperworkBuild and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat businessStay informed about industry trends, product features, and competitorsCollaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectivesAssist with showroom maintenance and organization **Qualifications:**Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive, RV, or marine industryExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong negotiation and closing abilitiesCustomer-focused with a passion for providing exceptional serviceAbility to work effectively in a team environmentBasic computer skills and familiarity with sales softwareKnowledge of RVs and/or marine vehicles is a plus **Benefits:**Health insurance401K retirement planPaid time off (PTO) **How to Apply:**If you are enthusiastic about outdoor recreation and possess the skills and qualifications listed above, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and why you would be a great fit for our team.
