Employees in this position know how to greet, qualify, recommend and close every client in their showroom. Sales Associates, Sales Leads and Showroom Managers maintain the condition of the showroom and ensure that it is clean, customer ready, and safe. Each employee has the responsibility of providing a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies and standards. Employees must complete specified safety training and immediately correcting hazards, unsafe conditions or report said conditions and or hazards to the Manager on Duty. Employees must work safely as not to endanger themselves, co-workers and or customers.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Greet / acknowledge all customers2. Ability to demonstrate furniture features (i.e., demonstrate how a recliner functions)3. Process sales orders, complete financing paperwork4. Maintain display models5.
