ENGLISH OR DUTIES AND EXPECTATIONS:•Enjoys cleaning and is detailedAbility to take initiative and work without close supervisionStay productive and complete rooms timelyBe careful handling cleaning materials safelyAssist other staff as neededOccasionally assist guests fulfilling requests and suppliesMaintain a good relationship with front desk staff and housekeeping Be able to follow emergency proceduresWarmly interact with all guests, including inpublic areas and while completing guest requestsResponsible for providing exemplary customerservice in a friendly and professional mannerFull understanding of emergencies procedure Promoting safety by being alert to observe,correct and report any safety hazards immediatelyClean and maintain the appearance of thesurrounding areas of the hotel, including removing debris or trash from ground if found Report all maintenance issues in rooms and public areas Remove dirty laundry from rooms, replace it and make roomsAssist with other duties as needed andrequestedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:PREFERRED housekeeping experience in high quality hotel or service environmentPhysical ability to stand or walk for long periods.
