We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to join our tech start up team. As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's operations, ensuring grant management and reporting deadlines, efficiency, and productivity. This is a senior leadership position that requires experience with financial budgets and spreadsheets, Quickbooks, federal grant management, strategic thinking, strong decision-making abilities, and excellent communication skills. - Oversee the company's day-to-day operations, including project planning and management, logistics, and meeting organization and management. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement - Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, Native Nations, and partners - Identify opportunities for business development and expansion - Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure compliance and profitability - Implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Skills To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills: - Understanding of grant management including financial tracking and reporting

- Ability to perform rapidly changing priorities and tasks

-Abilty to independently problem solve

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams - Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Proven experience in process improvement and project management - Ability to negotiate effectively with internal and external stakeholders - Solid understanding of operations management principles and practices - Strong business acumen with the ability to drive business growth - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
