**Entry Level Driver Recruiter**

If you are passionate about helping others find a fulfilling and rewarding career, you will want to check out this opportunity CRST is looking for a high-energy and resilient Driver Recruiter to sell driving opportunities and to be the kick-starter for someone to start a new career.

***T*** *raining: Two weeks paid training that consists of classroom teaching, experiential learning, and aligned mentorship.*

***T*** *otal compensation package:* Starting pay for entry level recruiters is a flexible hourly rate of $17.00 and up + an insentive plan. CRST provides health, vision, dental insurance, a 401K program, PTO, and eight standard holidays paid.

***T*** *eam* : You will work as part of a team who is committed to ensuring a high-touch, personal approach with driver candidates. The recruiter role is fast paced and encourages healthy competition.

***T*** *ypical day* :

* Finding and talking with possible CRST company driver candidates

* Making and receiving calls throughout the day and can have engaging conversations with your candidates through the phone

* Building trust and relationships with candidates and your team

* Scheduling meetings, interviews, onboarding, training, and travel for your candidate

* Being that initial point of contact for new drivers at CRST

***T****ransferrable experience**:* Someone who has a background in face to face or phone sales, one who knows about the transportation industry, a demonstrated ability to build relationships over the phone, and/or has experience in high volume or transportation recruiting.

***T****ools for success:*

* Written communication via variety of platforms

* Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships

* Communication skills

* Good time management

* Troubleshooting and problem solving

* Computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams
