The National Intelligence University (NIU) runs both Bachelor's and Master's degree programs in support of the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community.

In your role, you will provide subject matter expertise in coordinating, integrating, and evaluating the efforts of academic units to identify consistent processes and specific requirements needed to meet academic requirements. You will assist in developing surveys to assess student outcomes and process statistical data extracted from the surveys. You shall keep abreast of state-of-the-art educational technology and evaluation and assessment development tools.

Your Responsibilities

•Provide assistance in survey design, implementation, and data/statistical analysis

•Demonstrate skill in the management/ use of relational databases

•Ability to produce quantitative and qualitative reports based on data and provide reports to leadership

•Assist instructors in creating assessment methods that validate accomplishment of student learning outcomes.

•Attend faculty and staff meeting/committees as required

Your Requirements

•Bachelor's degree (5+ years of experience may serve in lieu of a degree)

•Experience in database management and design

•Experience in design, implementation and use of surveys (Lime, Survey Monkey etc)

•Demonstrated strong organizational skills

•Ability to work evenings and/or weekends and the various university locations
