The Role:
We are searching for a dedicated and technically-savvy Implementation Analyst with a strong background in Excel, especially macros and VBA. The ideal candidate will work closely with our clients, including Japanese insurance companies, to efficiently transition intricate insurance spreadsheets onto our platform. This role requires both technical expertise and a comprehensive understanding of the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Directly engage with clients to discern their specific insurance product needs.

2. Convert intricate insurance spreadsheets, particularly those utilizing macros and VBA, into our no-code platform.

3. Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance during the client's implementation phase.

4. Collaborate with our product development team to offer valuable feedback and insights.

5. Stay updated with industry trends to ensure the platform remains at the forefront.

6. Ensure effective communication with Japanese insurance companies and stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Profound expertise in Excel with significant macro and VBA capabilities.

- A deep understanding of the insurance industry.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work both independently and within team settings.

- Fluency in Japanese is required.

- Proactive problem-solving skills with a continuous learning approach.
