Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager with expertise in Adobe Workfront to lead and coordinate our marketing projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing multifaceted marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging Adobe Workfront to streamline project workflows.

Responsibilities

Project Planning and Coordination:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans for marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and digital marketing, to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Adobe Workfront Expertise:
  • Utilize Adobe Workfront to manage project workflows, allocate resources efficiently, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Train and support team members in leveraging Adobe Workfront functionalities to enhance productivity and collaboration.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to gather requirements and ensure project alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
Timeline Management:
  • Develop and manage project timelines, identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Regularly communicate project status, updates, and milestones to relevant stakeholders.
Quality Assurance:
  • Implement quality control processes to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and share insights with the team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager, preferably with expertise in Adobe Workfront.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
