Occasional long hours are expected.Description: Our client, The State of Wisconsin Department of Corrections (DOC) is looking for a Telecommunications Analyst to provide technical assistance in support and preparation of telecom technologies, primarily focused on telecommunications infrastructure management, deployment, and maintenance.TasksManage Cisco infrastructure and endpoints.Manage Mitel, VoIP, PBX and ACD.Telecommunication Company management.Smart phone support.AirWatch management.Apple Business Management.Video conferencing account management.Supporting and installing telephones, cell phones and other video conferencing solutions.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities RequiredMust be able to work independently or as part of a team.Ability to work independently but in a team environment.Able to meet deadlines.Punctual.Ability to multi-task and balance their work day.Ability to troubleshoot complex problems and determine a solution.Skills Required 2-5 years - Experience with Video Conferencing infrastructure and endpoints management2-5 years - Experience with Unified Communications Systems (Webex, PBX, ACD, etc.)2-5 years - Experience with Mobile device support and Management2-5 years - Experience with Networking/Telecommunication Concepts (CUBE, SBC, SIP, H323, VoIP, etc.)2-5 years Experience with Cisco phones and infrastructureExperience with CiscoExperience with MitelExperience with ZoomExperience with AirWatchExperience with Apple Business Management#J-18808-Ljbffr
