Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Telecommunication Analyst III to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience in telecommunications, with a focus on video conferencing infrastructure, unified communications systems, and mobile device support and management.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the design, implementation, and long-term management of telephony-related products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to scope and launch new products, services, and features.
- Troubleshoot and debug VOIP integration and feature development issues.
- Optimize system performance and quality.
- Work with third-party vendors to deliver and integrate solutions for our client base.
- Develop, maintain, and execute disaster recovery and redundancy strategies.
- Solve complex technical issues and establish and maintain best practices related to compliance, security, privacy, and legal requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Telecom, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in telecommunication analysis.
- Strong understanding of video conferencing infrastructure and endpoints management.
- Proficiency in unified communications systems such as Webex, PBX, and ACD.
- Experience in mobile device support and management.
- Knowledge of networking concepts including CUBE, SBC, SIP, H323, and VoIP.
- Preferred experience with vendors such as Cisco, Mitel, Zoom, AirWatch, Apple Business Management, and Microsoft.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Deadline-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
