Magazine and we are eager to grow our team with like-minded leaders looking to make a large impact in a rapidly growing industry.The Opportunity:The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and providing support for various accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update accounting records and files.Post transactions and categorize records in the general ledger (e.g., by assets, liabilities, income, expenses).Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate cash flow reporting.Process accounts receivable and accounts payable in a timely manner.Prepare and issue invoices to customers and follow up on overdue payments.Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Support payroll processing by maintaining records and handling queries.Assist with tax preparation and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Collaborate with the Controller to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.Qualifications: Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred.Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role.Proficiency in accounting software, QuickBooks and MS Office (particularly Excel).Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Good communication skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders.Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.Why Join Us: Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity for professional growth and development.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Chance to make a meaningful impact within a growing company.Are you ready to shape the future of Neato?
