An exclusive linen rental and event planning company serving clients in the Washington, DC area is looking to expand their team. TableManners DC is seeking a Contracts/Order Administrator. This position is responsible for processing and maintaining customer orders. This can include processing orders, liaising with customers and resolving any issues relating to the orders. The Order Processor role involves managing the order and delivery processes, ensuring that orders are processed accurately, efficiently and within a set timeframe. Order Processors are required to have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, superb multi-tasking skills, strong organizational capabilities to successfully manage complex orders on a daily basis.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for receiving orders from the clients and processing orders into the system
Answer emails and phone calls promptly and efficiently
Process customers' payments
Process the return of rental equipment
Provide administrative duties as required
Required Skills/Abilities:
Must possess excellent communication skills, working with others in a team environment.
Must be able to multi-task.
Must have great computer skills
Data processing and business inventory experience a plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with supply chain concepts
Experience working within Catering Industry is a plus
Education/Experience:
High School diploma or GED is required.
Job Type: Full-time, 5 days a week in the office
Job Location: Hyttsville, MD
Annual Salary: $50,000.00
Expected hours: 40 per week
