Your role on the team:

As an Implementation Specialist you will work with client financial data and partner with various teams within the Data & Analytics Line of Business to provide professional services related to building and maintaining client models. Attention to detail and a systematic approach to preparing data and validating models in addition to an understanding of Account Principles is needed for this role.

You can expect to:

  • Data Mapping for new clients and transforming client data into application data files, load data and create models.
  • Reviews and reconciles client data for accurate accounting and reporting.
  • Data Validation. Ensure only revenue and expense accounts are loaded, totals are reasonable, standard accounts exist, other outputs and bindings are working correctly.
  • Model Troubleshooting
  • Model Rollover. Combine existing data with new fiscal year client files and build new fiscal year models.
  • Model Updates/refreshes. Load budget, fund balance and prior year data updates.
  • Attach standard reports/dashboards/calculators and more.
  • Partners with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth Client on-boarding for client.
  • Loads general ledger (GL) client information into application using high data integrity resulting in a pristine platform and foundation for future deliverables; oversees/ maintains accurate GL account code data.
  • Partners with advisors and clients to manage pertinent account details, escalating as necessary to ensure accuracy and timely account set-up.
  • Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.
What you bring to the role:
  • Ability to interact with clients to discuss data, data anomalies or communicate project status.
  • Ability to clearly identify and discuss data, data anomalies, and communicate project status.
  • Advanced Excel is preferred
  • Accounting/General Ledger
  • Understanding of School Finance practices
  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is preferred
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred
This role requires:
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Strong time management skills and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
