General Purpose
Directing and managing the medium and long-term technical strategy of maintenance, productivity, and engineering. Plan and manage value initiatives, drive the implementation of technological advances and process improvements, participate in purchasing strategies, monitor and activate the Industrial Indicators, necessary to improve and guarantee the level of service and results of the business, in accordance with the regulations, procedures, corporate policies, and legal requirements. Evaluate and coordinate the execution of investment projects as well as work schedules and execution progress, of CCSWB initiatives and be responsible for the productivity goals of plants, as well as ensuring the correct definition of annual productivity objectives and control mechanisms for all technical operations in accordance with the compliance of policies, guidelines and requirements set by the Technical Directorate (TD) of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, Define and/or Execute Productivity Indicators with Calculation Methodology, Manuals and Procedures in CCSWB operations to improve productivity, meet strategic, tactical, operational objectives and ensure continuous improvement with established standardization to ensure business profitability.
- Develop and/or implement value projects in manufacturing processes, with technological innovation, new developments or improvement projects, as well as sustainability and safety projects that can be replicated in operations to contribute to the Improvement of the productivity and profitability of the business.
- Audit and/or Control Operating Units to ensure compliance with the guidelines established in conjunction with TCCC in the Risk Assessment exercise ensuring a process aligned to the established requirements.
- Administer and/or Coordinate and/or Manage Equipment Innovation and Packaging Light Weighting Initiatives marked by CCSWB and/or the TC.
- Support the technical strategy in capex investments and their 5-year strategy plans, as well as engineering projects in operations, with the aim of ensuring that investments are made according to need and guarantee the level of service to the supply chain in CCSWB operations in accordance with the regulations, procedures and policies established by Technical Directorates, CCSWB and TCCC.
- Innovation: Innovate, develop, justify and execute technological development models that increase productivity in operations.
- Desirable Education: Master's Degree or Postgraduate Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering
