Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Marriott. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from Marriott International, Inc. The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, compensation, benefits, and all other terms and conditions of employment. The Night Auditor is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, and other guest-related services. This role also performs the night audit process to ensure the accuracy of financial records, reconciling daily transactions and reports in accordance with Marriott's standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude upon arrival.
- Efficiently check-in and check-out guests, ensuring all information is correct.
- Assist with guest reservations, room changes, and special requests.
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Address and resolve guest complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process payments, including credit card transactions and room charges.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are clean and presentable at all times.
- Perform nightly audits of hotel financial activities and reconcile all accounts for the day.
- Balance the days transactions, including room charges, food and beverage sales, and other financial data.
- Prepare and distribute daily management reports summarizing financial activity.
- Ensure that all guest accounts are accurate and up to date.
- Address late check-ins and process night reservations.
- Act as the point of contact for any guest needs or emergencies during overnight hours.

Job Requirements:

- Prior experience in customer service or hotel front desk roles is preferred. Previous night audit experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with FOSSE.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Accuracy in handling financial transactions and data.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, particularly during overnight shifts.

The hourly rate of pay for this position is $24.
