Learn more at www.Crothall.com.Job SummaryWorking as a Facilities Coordinator, you are responsible for support to the Plant Operations Maintenance team in a hospital environment. You are responsible for planning, prioritizing and controlling functions of computerized programs in maintenance operations, construction, financial management, and office operationsResponsibilities:Prepares, sets-up system and maintain computerized accounting of day-to-day operating costs, including utilities, labor and projectsMaintains computerized maintenance management system and all other data, hardware software systems related to the department s operationSets-up, audits, and maintains office, including warehouse, blue print index, manufacturer library, POM filing system and all other maintenance department recordsAudits, researches, gathers data, and prepares reports on costs, quality assurance and day-to-day operationsSupervises office staff members and other department personnel as assigned by the DirectorMonitors work performance and prepares and/or reviews performance evaluations for assigned personnelAssists in training, orientation and scheduling of employeesInsures data entry in all systems is up-to-date and accurateSubmits ideas on continuous quality improvementTakes minutes and participates in committees as the need arisesQualifications:Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred, high school diploma requiredAbility to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentationsAbility to multi-tasks and prioritizeAbility to maintain organization in a changing environmentExhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility and leadershipPossess a detailed knowledge of contract administration and office proceduresAbility to meet established goals and objectivesProficient in the use of Windows based office software including all Microsoft applicationsPrevious Facilities Management experience highly preferredApply to Crothall todayCrothall is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryAssociates at Crothall are offered many fantastic benefits.
