Job Description

Execute requirements analysis, process review, fit gap analysis against an existing RTM

Design and develop reports using OBIEE

Must have demonstrated experience and understanding of Oracle R12, R12 tables, security layers and architecture

Demonstrate expertise in managing and developing using all components required for developing reporting in OBIEE

Demonstrate expertise in using ODI and Data Warehouses

Meet with clients to thoroughly understand their business requirements and objectives.

Translate complex business needs into clear and concise technical specifications for BI solutions.

Document detailed reporting and dashboard requirements based on client discussions and needs.

Develop robust data quality checks and incorporate them into requirement documents, including criteria for User Acceptance testing.

Create sophisticated analytics for reports and data visualizations tailored to meet specific client requirements and objectives.

Design, develop, and implement visually appealing and intuitive data visualizations that effectively communicate key insights.

Provide support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction and successful implementation of BI solutions.

Qualifications: Qualifications

Experience

Oracle Analytic Server (OAS) and Data Visualization is required

Oracle Analytics Publisher (aka BI Publisher) is required

Microsoft Power BI is required

Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) is preferred

Oracle Database Engine is preferred

Nice to have: knowledge of Salesforce/Hubspot

Qualifications

Proven experience in business intelligence development, data analysis, and reporting.

Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical specifications.

Strong documentation skills, with the ability to capture and articulate reporting and dashboard requirements effectively.

Experience in developing data quality checks and defining User Acceptance testing criteria.

Advanced skills in developing sophisticated analytics, visualizations, and reports using BI tools.

Expertise in database querying and data analysis techniques.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a customer-focused approach.

Familiarity with data visualization best practices and principles.

Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI is required.

Nice-to-have: Knowledge of Salesforce/Hubspot integration.

Nice-to-have: experience with ETL tools such as ODI, Informatica

Bachelor’s degree

12 years of professional work experience
