Connect with your Talent Advisor for additional specifics.Responsibilities Organize and coordinate quality, risk and patient safety program activities and workflow.Coordinate quality, risk and/or patient safety aspects of The Joint Commission continuous readiness program.Collaborate with multidisciplinary team on problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services and systems/ performance measures.Support activities related to quality and risk reduction initiatives and compliance with patient safety standards.Analyze and reports on data collected from a variety of sources. Develop detailed quality financial reports for specific groups and service lines.Requirements Licensure / Certification / Registration:Quality Professional preferred.Risk Management preferred.Education:High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.Additional Preferences Experience with EPIC strongly preferredFamiliarity with HEDIS strongly preferredPatient care/medical assistant experience strongly preferredWhy Join Our Team Ascension Wisconsin has been providing rewarding careers to healthcare professionals since 1848.
