About The Opportunity
Enhances product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory. Creates and reviews procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost.

• Coordinates onboarding processes and procedures for logistics partners with key stakeholders
• Prepares and reviews required business reports
• Conducts detailed analysis for network design, customer program requests, and pricing/estimating system updates
• Receives and responds to logistics issues and implements appropriate corrective actions
• Coordinates pick up and deliveries as requested anywhere in Menasha's supply chain; including outsourcers, suppliers, co-packers, customers, and internal locations
• Assures tractor, trailer and driver safety, licensing and leasing agreements adhere to state and federal DOT regulations
• Oversees import/export regulatory requirements and ensures documentation compliance and accuracy
• Negotiates with carriers/suppliers to maintain cost effective capacity and service
• Assists with Requests For Proposal and related logistics projects
• Coordinates freight invoice questions and discrepancies by collaborating with key stakeholders invoice payment and audits invoices submitted to resolve all
• Performs variance analyses on freight invoices to ensure payments are within contract guidelines and governances
• Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to support continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience in Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Maintains industry, professional and technical knowledge by networking, attending industry events, and reviewing professional publications
