Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Export Coordinator

Position type:
Full-time

Contract Duration: 12 months Location: Neenah, WI As an Export Coordinator, you will be: Providing exceptional customer service and problem resolution to order inquiries and various questions or issues.

Utilizing SAP and SED to complete and maintain accurate order and material information obtained from Procurement, vendors, and other sources.

Ensuring all required export documents are complete and accurate, as well as correctly and timely transmitted to appropriate parties. Working effectively with customers, vendors, warehouse team and carriers to complete and schedule shipments according to delivery date requirements.

Facilitating sales and customer service of spare parts and lab supplies to international customers to ensure on-time delivery of accurate orders that are following all US Export and Foreign Government Import Regulations.

The ideal candidate will have:
Must have SAP experience. Experience with exporting goods is highly desirable. Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, and SharePoint. Previous success as customer service, logistics or procurement operations associates are preferred.

Pay Range:
$ $22.85/hr. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
