We are rapidly growing and looking to expand our team Enprotech is in search of positive attitudes that can provide urgency and innovative solutions to our customers.Job DescriptionPosition Summary & ObjectiveDisassemble manufacturing machinery into its component, parts, and prepare for repair, rebuild and re-engineering of manufacturing equipment.Essential Functions Performed by the PositionTo tear down/disassemble large manufacturing equipment in accordance with standard operating procedures.Verify and prepare all part/ components for welding, machining, and assembly.To read, interpret and follow basic blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bill of materials, and other written instructions or procedures to disassemble equipment and products accurately and efficiently.To Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets quality standards, using in-process inspection tools and devicesTo Work with shop equipment, power tools, and torchesTo Operate overhead cranes to move component parts.Must be capable of handling tasks requiring moderate to heavy physical exertion and be able to stoop, bend, twist, and climb up onto the large equipment components while performing the disassembly duties.To Work in a safe manner at all times following established policies and procedures and maintain a good sense of safety and hazard awareness.Must be able to work with solvents, grease, and grime under relatively adverse physical conditions.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesMust have mechanical ability to proficiently use cranes and other heavy tools and equipment that are normally required in the daily disassembly operations.Own tools of the trade, and the ability to use them effectively.Ability to use judgment to plan, perform and make decisions as to the sequence of operations and processes within the limitations of established or standard methods and procedures.Must be able to interpret customer prints well enough to determine appropriate disassembly sequence for variety of heavy equipment.Ability to read and interpret variety of assembly prints and understand verbal and written instructions.Basic computer skills and ability to use basic shop math.Ability to verbally communicate with team members, supervisors, and Engineers.Possess the physical strength and ability to safely handle heavy equipment and tools.Ability to work in confined spaces and able to work with positive pressure hood.Ability to disassemble tubing, lube, hydraulic and pneumatic.Able to work with solvents, such as oil and grease.Required Education and Experience A high school diploma or equivalent.3-5 years mechanical assembly and disassembly experience.Environment and Working Conditions Manufacturing environmentTravel Requirements (percent)5% to 10%QualificationsAdditional InformationThe benefits of joining our teamBecause we seek to hire the best people, we work hard to provide benefits that make their lives better, so we offer a comprehensive benefit program which features:health coverage for you and your family through medical, dental and vision plansa 401(k) plan in with a generous company matchfinancial protection through disability, life, and accidental death & dismemberment insurance planstax advantages through flexible spending accounts that allow you to pay for specific health-care and dependent care expenses with pre-tax dollarsa generous paid time off program in which the benefits increase along with your tenure with the companyWhen you join our team, you do more than simply switch companies to progress your career.
