Must be a USCitizen or Green Card holder.

Sign on bonus of UPTO $10000 effective upon hire or conversion with the signing of apromissory note for 1 year.

PrincipalResponsibilities: Repair rebuild and maintain casting and trim diesin a manner consistent with the original specifications operatingall machines and equipment ociated with thisprocess.

  • Receive instructions andinformation from Team Leader and/orSupervisor.
  • Transport clean disemble repair andreemble casting and trim dies using lift trucks die cleaningequipment and cranes as necessary.
  • Build andreplace segments cores details and parts from blueprints usingrequired tools or equipment.
  • Draw polish orgrind die cavity surfaces using required tools orequipment.
  • Make repairs remove stuck castingscorrect dimensional problems change cores and trim punches whilecasting and trim dies are mounted onmachines.
  • Perform welding duties in the foundryand the Die Repair Department.
  • Trouble allproduction tooling problems performing repairs and maintenance asneeded.
  • Complete forms die work orderspictorials signoffs and records asdirected.
  • Keep work area equipment anddepartment neat and orderly.
  • Train newemployees.
  • Perform all other duties incidentalto the safe and efficient operation of the tool and die repairdepartment as igned bysupervision.

  • Build and replace segments coresdetails and parts from blueprints using required tools orequipment.
  • Perform welding duties in thefoundry and the Die Repair Department.

ExperienceRequired

  • Months ofexperience specific to this position (explain) Up to 2 yearstraining required. If the employee does not meet the minimumexperience required the employee must complete 2 years of onthejobtraining to meet this requirement.
  • Must haveTool & Die Repair JourneymanPapers.

EducationRequired

  • Must be ableto perform highly sed tasks and solve complex problems (ociatesDegree trade or technical school journey personcertificate)
