Engage residents in social and recreational activities to promote overall well-being. Maintain safe, clean, and organized living environment for residents. Perform other duties as required to provide exceptional care to each resident. What you need Active certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized and detail oriented. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
