Administrative Coordinator I Under supervision of the Director of First-Year Experience, the Administrative Coordinator I supports the Office of First-Year Experience by providing clerical assistance such as scheduling meetings, monitoring the office's budget, assisting with hiring processes for student and professional staff/faculty, and event planning. Responsibilities: Provides technical information regarding administrative procedures, services, office hours or programs. Assists in the monthly reconciliation process. Applies and interprets, and/or assists in implementing policies or operating practices. Develops administrative and technical procedures as needed. Researches, interprets, compiles, and responds to inquiries about rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Assists in monitoring compliance with policies and procedures. Coordinates travel arrangements and prepares itineraries. Coordinates meetings, seminars, and other special events, and may provide on-site support. Coordinates the maintenance of files, records, office supplies, or equipment. Supports the student administrative staff in the Office of First-Year Experience. Manages the Office of First-Year Experience front desk and clerical duties. Attends monthly and bi-monthly budget and HR meetings. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree or higher in related field. Two (2) years of related experience. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Knowledge and experience utilizing Microsoft suite. Ability to multitask, work cooperatively with others and prioritize tasks. Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills. Planning and organization skills. Experience with office management.
