**Contact:** Rotork Recruitment (trena.gipson@rotork.com) **Position Summary** **The Opportunity** As instructed, The Inventory Control Coordinator receives and prepares company materials, products, and equipment for processing, assembling, and shipment. In addition, he or she will perform stores duties in connection with the handling and locating of parts, sub-assemblies, assemblies, and finished goods. **Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:** * Prepare, finish, and pack company products, parts, or materials as per established procedures, which includes accumulating correct materials per order, fill in quantities and weight on orders, and attach corresponding papers to shipment. * Drive company or other authorized vehicle for pick up or deliveries as required. * Load and unload trucks, deliver material, parts and supplies to designated areas within the plant or outside areas as required. * Proper certification to use fork truck, motorized pallet jacks, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment required. * Credit material to stock using proper material handling practices. * Distribute materials to production or other requisitioning areas, which requires counting parts, filling requisitions, work orders, and sales orders practicing First-In-First-Out (FIFO). * Issue, address, and monitor replenishment signals for materials. * Adjust from stock processed work orders. * Utilize cycle count procedures as documented. * Responsible for the work performed. **Additional Accountabilities:** * Maintain a clean and safe work environment. * Move materials, parts, and tools as necessary. * Maintain records of material received and shipments as required. * Perform equal or lower-graded duties as required. * Enter/retrieve information from PC as required. **Products Involved:** * Pressure regulators, mechanical transmissions and parts thereof, transformers, motors, gears, castings, machine parts, office and maintenance supplies, steel, and other manufacturing materials. **Tools, Equipment and Machines Used in Position:** * Scales, dollies, hoist, storage racks, hammers, knives, rubber stamps, stencils, scissors, paint brushes, banding machines, paper cutter, power and hand saws, hand or power trucks, forklifts, viscometer, miscellaneous spraying fixtures, wash and dip tanks, spray booth, spray guns, automatic electric oven and other similar tools and equipment. **Minimum Education & Experience Required:** * High School Diploma and Valid Drivers License, required **About Rotork.** Rotork is the market-leading global flow control and instrumentation company, helping our customers manage the flow or liquids, gases and powders across many industries worldwide. **Our Purpose is Keeping the World Flowing for Future Generations.** For over sixty years, the world has relied on us to create the things that keep everything moving.
