This position is full-time Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We offer competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package. This position will be working out of our new Nellis Family Health and Dental Center. Apply now and be a part of our exciting journey

Responsibilities:

Summary of the position:

The Medical Assistant participates in the delivery of excellent family practice and pediatric care in an ambulatory clinic setting with an emphasis on the prevention of disease; preparation of the patient for examination and/or procedures; administers medications under direction of provider; performs in office lab procedures and phlebotomy on pediatric and adult patients; sterilizes instruments and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations. This will include actively participating and supporting primary clinical teams with these efforts. This position is full-time and located in Las Vegas, NV. Requirements of the position:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Certification of completion of Medical Assistant program, or equivalent experience
  • Current CPR or BLS certification

Preferred qualifications of the position:

  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Experience in a family practice or pediatrics clinic
