Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to identify, acquire, and develop DG projects across target markets. Lead a high-performing development team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Oversee all aspects of the development process, including site origination, feasibility studies, permitting, interconnection agreements, and power purchase agreements (PPAs). Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, utilities, regulators, and investors. Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in the DG market, identifying new opportunities and market shifts. Analyze market data and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making. Ideally have experience in NYISO, PJM, SPP, or MISO.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, environmental science, or a related field (MBA preferred). Minimum 6+ years of experience in renewable energy project development, with a strong focus on distributed generation. Proven track record of successfully originating, developing, and financing DG projects. In-depth knowledge of DG technologies, permitting processes, interconnection requirements, and power purchase agreements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to sustainability.
