Business AnalystBCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst for an opportunity in Plano, TXPosition Title: Business AnalystLocation: Plano, TX 75024Anticipated Start Date: ImmediatelyPlease note this is the target date and is subject to change. BCforward will send official notice ahead of a confirmed start date.Expected Duration: 3 months (Potential to extend or convert FTE)Job Type: Full-Time, ContractPay Range: $44.83 per hourPlease note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).Job Description: - Performs and coordinates the analysis and design of business systems. Develops and maintains a thorough understanding of the needs of the assigned customer group from the business and technical perspective. Works closely with clients and with other system groups to capture business requirements and see them through implementation. Develops and executes systems testing. Acts as a liaison between the business user groups and the technical systems groups. Responsibilities: Be the "voice of the client" for through developing a deep understanding of the client's needs and identification of product and service delivery gaps through in-depth interviews, focus groups, and surveys Derive insights across channels, products, and business segments and translate into strategic recommendations Engage and drive organization in client experience innovation / and introducing ideas Foster an environment where risk/control issues are escalated, and trends are anticipated and identified Qualifications & Skills: 2-3 years of experience in voice of customer or client experience roles with true passion for insights generation, leveraging innovative technologies 1-2 years project management experience Strong analytical skills with the ability to recognize key trends and insights and the ability to explain research findings to executive audience Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels, in a peer-like way, and achieve goals without direct control over resources Strong data presentation skills with the ability to share complex stories in a simple way Flexible approach and positive attitude, willing to pitch in wherever help is needed Benefits:BCforward offers all eligible employees a comprehensive benefits package including, but not limited to major medical, HSA, dental, vision, employer-provided group life, voluntary life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and 401k.About BCforward:Founded in 1998 on the idea that industry leaders needed a professional service, and workforce management expert, to fuel the development and execution of core business and technology strategies, BCforward is a Black-owned firm providing unique solutions supporting value capture and digital product delivery needs for organizations around the world.
