Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chapel Hill, NC. As the Director of Compliance, Privacy, and Risk Management, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of compliance, privacy, and risk management within the organization. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures, ensuring data privacy and security, conducting risk assessments, and providing guidance to staff and leadership on compliance matters.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare administration, aging services or risk management)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, privacy, and risk management
  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations pertaining to compliance and privacy
  • Experience in developing and implementing compliance programs and policies
  • Ability to assess risks and develop risk mitigation strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
