We are seeking a self-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO), enthusiastic and business-building professional to work with our current Ag-Business Managing Partner who is expanding our footprint throughout North America. Our Ag-Business Group is experienced with meeting the challenges and opportunities of the agriculture sector and the close relationship with the Food and Beverage industry sector

Our Managing CFOs2Go Partner for Ag-Business has been leading this vertical with the support of geographically dispersed partners. We have more client demand and market opportunities than partner resources.

Position Responsibilities Commit to executing your defined market development and business development strategies Implement new financial processes and best practices for non-profit organizations. Working with boards, C-Suite executives and their support team Understanding and communicating Ag finance and business issues to client and other constituencies Staying abreast of current Ag-related finance and business issues Strategic planning Know how to leverage your and other partner capabilities to solve client needs

Position Requirements We believe the successful candidate will have most of the following elements in his/her background: CFO-level experience or a thorough understanding if “the day in the business life of a CEO and the Finance Role” Strategic mindset with ability to link vision to execution Business Development results Demonstrated performer with a track record for producing success for themselves and others. Experience building strong cross-functional relationships with various business disciplines within an organization. Background in accounting and/or finance. CPA/MBA preferred.
