The Head of Payroll will be responsible for overseeing all payroll functions for 3000 multi-state employees. Responsibilities Ensuring all payroll processing and garnishments are in compliance with regulations Acting as the main point of contact for all payroll, tax, and benefit plans issues Maintaining internal control system in compliance with SOX Training, mentoring, and managing staff Maximizing payroll processes and procedures effectiveness in coordination with other internal departments Posting and reconciling general ledger payroll accounts Requirements 5+ years experience in payroll administration, with 2+ years in a supervisory role Excellent analytical skills Excellent organizational skills Microsoft Suite and payroll systems proficiency Compensation and Benefits Salary: To $180k + bonus Employment Type: direct hire SolomonEdwardsGroup, LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
