Job DescriptionThis position is primarily based out of the satellite pharmacy located in the St Joseph Cancer Center. The clinical pharmacist has the responsibility for the provision of high-quality, individualized, cost-effective pharmaceutical care and integrated pharmacy operational services in collaboration with the healthcare team to optimize patient's medication therapy outcomes and quality of life. The clinical pharmacist is responsible for reviewing chemotherapy and non-hazardous infusion regiments, oversees preparation of chemotherapy and non-chemotherapy agents, and supervises pharmacy technicians. The clinical pharmacist works in collaboration with pharmacy, physician, and nursing staff to ensure a high quality of care for patients. Oncology experience is a plus.
