The Digital Marketing Summer Intern will support the Ecommerce & Digital Properties Associate Manager with optimizing ecommerce initiatives, working closely with the content, digital marketing, and IT teams. Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities
  • Build out digital marketing section of our online employee knowledge base in collaboration with social media, search, digital tagging, and email marketing managers.
  • Content upload and management for the optimization of SKU-specific product pages.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across various marketing and IT projects. Conducting Ad Hoc device testing.
  • Monitor and identify areas of improvement across our digital platforms. Providing reports to drive improvements.
  • Work with internal content team to gather asset data across our digital platforms to ensure accuracy of data.
  • Suggest possible enhancements and tests to improve user experience within the ecommerce platform.
  • Interns will have exposure to all facets of the digital marketing team.
  • Learn product implementation process for launching products on B2B & B2C platforms.
  • Real hands-on experience with day-to-day projects, responsibilities, accountabilities, and deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited college/university
  • Eager to learn and detail oriented
  • Have a growth mindset and strong sense of ownership
  • Collaborative team player / Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Google Analytics knowledge
  • Proficient with general ecommerce concepts and strategies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, with outstanding execution skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of HTML and Adobe software

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
