The Service Lane Porter at Faupel Automotive Group will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in the service department. This role involves assisting service technicians, maintaining the service lane area, and ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles in and out of the service lane.
Responsibilities:
  • Meet and greet the customers
  • Keep the service lane area clean and organized
  • Direct customers and vehicles to appropriate service areas
  • Deliver customers vehicle to them.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Valid driver's license
