Edmond, United States Life.Church Full time

Are you passionate about transforming data into actionable insights? Are you an avid user of The Bible App? Are you a visionary leader who thrives on navigating the intersection of data science, technology, and business strategy? We are seeking a dynamic Director of Analytics to drive innovation and excellence in our data-driven decision-making processes. Join us in revolutionizing how we harness the power of data to shape the future of our organization.

The Director of Analytics is primarily responsible for building the strategy (people, process, and technology) that provides insights and analytics that enable YouVersion to make data-driven decisions. This includes coaching and leading a team of analysts to develop strategic analysis initiatives and key metrics to improve product planning while monitoring and analyzing the day-to-day use of the YouVersion family of apps.

YouVersion was created by the local church in 2007 and remains a ministry of Life.Church today. At Life.Church, our mission is to lead people to become fully devoted followers of Christ. Our team is committed to reaching people worldwide through innovative technology. And YouVersion is one of the ways we get to do that. Life.Church is a multi-site Christian church meeting in the United States and globally at Life.Church Online.

We wholeheartedly believe a daily rhythm of seeking intimacy with God has the power to transform lives. That's why YouVersion creates biblically-based experiences that encourage and challenge people to seek God. We hope everyone in our community is on an active journey to become who God made them to be, abiding in Him, and drawing closer every day.
