Position Overview

The primary responsibility of the Technical Product Manager will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of products associated with Digital Gaming Group, ensuring they align with organizational goals and meet the needs of both internal and external stakeholders. These responsibilities include product scoping, development of functional design requirements and user story development of new concepts.

All duties are to be performed in accordance with Company and departmental policies, practices, and procedures. All Company Team Members are expected to conduct and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times. Team Members are required to observe the Companys standards, work requirements and rules of conduct.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Product development and enhancement for digital games, including scoping of game requirements and creating detailed product requirements documents and user stories to guide development teams.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of technical requirements and functionality.
Serve as a technical expert, providing insights into the feasibility and implementation of features.
Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable development tasks.
Use market insights to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
Perform job duties in a safe manner.
Attend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

At least 21 years of age.
Proof of authorization to work in the United States.
A bachelors degree with relevant work experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy.
Experience in the gaming and technical industries preferred.
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with Gerkin or Cucumber preferred.
Experience in Jira preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management, other Team Members and outside contacts of different backgrounds and levels of experience.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to:

Physically access assigned workspace areas with or without reasonable accommodation.
Work remotely as necessary.
Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, and dust.
Utilize laptop and standard keyboard to perform essential functions of the job.
