As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads for solar sales within major retail environments. Your primary focus will be engaging with potential customers, educating them about the benefits of solar energy, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. This role requires a proactive and outgoing individual who is passionate about renewable energy and has a knack for building rapport with customers. Responsibilities: Proactively approach customers in major retail stores to generate interest in solar energy solutions. Educate customers about the benefits of solar energy and our company's products and services. Qualify leads and gather necessary information to schedule appointments for our sales team. Meet and exceed monthly lead generation targets and sales goals. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing our brand. Requirements: Previous experience in lead generation, sales, or customer service, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, as needed. Reliable transportation to travel to various retail locations.
