Contracts Administrator, Senior

Key Role:

Provide full life cycle support with a focus on terms and conditions, white paper and proposal support, project execution, and risk mitigation for various types and arrangements of contracts throughout the life cycle. Collaborate with a diverse team of experts conducting business risk identification, management, and mitigation. Educate staff, colleagues, and client-facing staff on the latest company and government policies affecting the business environment. Provide leadership to junior contract administrators, as needed.Provide expert advice and counsel to account executives and their program leadership on contractual matters, including contract types, regulatory and corporate policy compliance requirements, organizational conflict of interest, and risk management, mitigation, and monitor operational performance.Support complex contract activity that requires the development of specialized contract vehicles and techniques to accomplish business goals and objectives. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with contract terms or agreement negotiations
  • Experience with contracts, subcontracts, or purchasing
  • Experience with supporting complex proposals in a demanding and fast-paced environment for commercial acquisitions
  • Knowledge of negotiating various contract types
  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Air Force-specific regulations and acquisition landscapes
  • Ability to establish and maintain client relationships to ensure levels of communication are constantly open
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of excellent analytical skills, including recognizing significant or unique requirements, special provisions, terms, and conditions for various agreements, such as non-disclosures and teaming agreements

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
