Provides Strategic planning and custom solutions for clients. Responsibilities As a Sales Account Executive you would be: An integral part of our business development team. Active in identifying opportunities and developing client relationships through research, referrals, networking, and cold calling. Engaged in meeting clients onsite and in-person wherever possible, including travel as needed throughout the US. Active in negotiating contract and engagement terms which are mutually beneficial to all parties. Engaged in tracking sales targets while maintaining focus on client satisfaction and quality delivery. An active participant in team collaboration sessions learning and sharing insights, best practices, and helping to foster innovation. Qualifications: 4-5 years of experience and Track record of exceeding sales target and building successful client relationships. Solid understanding of IT/Tech staffing market with ability to gather, elaborate, and articulate client needs. Excellent communication and relationship building skills to foster trust and rapport with clients and staff. Actively engaged in meeting clients onsite and in-person wherever possible. Self-motivated, proactive, and goal focused with ability to work remotely while staying actively engaged with clients and internal teams.
