Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Account Executive role with Shamrock Express. The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for lead generation, account management, communication, relationship building, and customer service. This is a hybrid role, with the position based in Chicago but the opportunity for some remote work.

Qualifications
  • Lead Generation and Account Management skills
  • Strong communication and relationship building abilities
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Experience in the transportation industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
