I AM A GIVER** As the Lead Dining Room Server, you will provide leadership to other Servers in taking orders, serving meals, and performing preparatory tasks such as folding linens, setting and clearing tables and stocking condiments in order to provide a friendly, inviting, and quality dining experience for residents and guests. In addition to providing leadership, you will personally take orders, serve meals and perform dining room tasks as assigned by the Dining Room Manager. Service is also provided at special events and catered functions. **The ideal candidate would:** Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction Be willing to work weekends and holidays Have or be able to obtain a valid food handler's permit Be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages, and stay on your feet for long periods of time Be able to read, write, and speak English Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors **Our employees enjoy a free meal from our restaurant-style dining room for each meal period worked, paid time off, access to our fitness rooms and an employee rewards program** New team members will receive a $250 bonus after they have completed 90 days of employment and another $250 after 6 months. The bonus only applies to those selected for
