Job Description:

Role Overview: As a Developer Evangelist, you will be the face of the company within the developer community. You will manage our Discord server, organize events, and drive user growth. Your role is pivotal in creating a vibrant, engaged, and active community around our platform and the broader Web3 ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Community Management: Oversee and manage our Discord server, ensuring it is a welcoming, informative, and engaging space for developers.
• Event Organization: Plan, coordinate, and host virtual and in-person events, including hackathons, webinars, meetups, and workshops.
• User Growth: Develop and implement strategies to grow our user base, focusing on acquiring and retaining active and engaged developers.
• Content Creation: Produce and share content such as blog posts, tutorials, videos, and social media updates to educate and inspire the community.
• Support and Engagement: Provide support to community members, answer queries, and facilitate discussions to foster a collaborative environment.
• Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from the community and work with internal teams to improve our platform and offerings.
• Partnerships: Build relationships with other communities, influencers, and organizations in the Web3 space to promote our platform and events.

Qualifications:

• Web3 Knowledge: Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, decentralized applications (dApps), and the Web3 ecosystem.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in community management, developer relations, or a similar role.
• Event Management: Proven experience in organizing and managing events, both virtual and in-person.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with development tools and languages commonly used in Web3, such as Solidity, JavaScript, and smart contract development.
• Passion: A genuine passion for technology, innovation, and building communities.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
