Functional Consultant SAP HCM

NTT DATA Italia sta cercando un Functional Consultant SAP HCM da inserire nelle proprie sedi principalmente di Roma, Milano o Napoli.
Il candidato deve essere in grado da un lato di fornire supporto agli utenti per la risoluzione dei problemi, entro i tempi stabiliti, e anche per abilitare loro nel miglior utilizzo delle funzionalit SAP. Dallaltro partecipare alle iniziative di manutenzione evolutiva del sistema o altre iniziative progettuali in tutte le diverse fasi, dalla analisi dei requisiti alla predisposizione della Business Blue Print, alla predisposizione e realizzazione dei test ed infine al Go-live e supporto post Go-live.
Dovr interagire con altri team sia per gli aspetti tecnici sia per raccordarsi circa altre iniziative insistenti su processi HR. Dovr inoltre interagire con il Service Manager o altro key contact per qualsiasi criticit riferita alle attivit sia in corso che pianificate.
Di seguito le principali attivit/responsabilit da prendere in carico:
Gestire le attivit di supporto utente;
Agire proattivamente nellIdentificare e se possibile prevenire le criticit;
Analizzare i problemi ricorrenti ed identificare le soluzioni per la loro definitiva risoluzione;
Aiutare lutente di business per la risoluzione quotidiani dei problemi;
Coordinarsi con gli altri team funzionai e tecnici risolvendo problemi identificati in autonomia o comunicati dallutente;
Prendere in carico tutte le attivit proprie e governare correttamente quelle di tipo tecnico facendo in modo da completare i task nei tempi definiti;
Analizzare e suggerire i continuous improvements
Prendere in carico la predisposizione del materiale di training ed eventualmente della formazione
Assicurare le Best Practices;
Aderire agli standard di qualit;
Predisporre e governare tutta la documentazione degli interventi (BR, analisi funzionale e tecnica;
Gestire i test scripts/scenarios/ test data
Si richiede una esperienza di
almeno
3-4 anni sul modulo SAP HCM
con particolare riferimento ai seguenti ambiti:
Personnel Administration (PA)
Funzionalit self service
buona conoscenza delle relative funzionalit standard.
Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese
Costituiscono elementi qualificanti del profilo richiesto una buona conoscenza dei processi in ambito e delle relative problematiche, delle integrazioni del mondo SAP HCM con gli altri moduli SAP e con sistemi non SAP anche esterni allorganizzazione.
