* Obtain flight itinerary and other pertinent trip information from clients regarding upcoming or current flights and accurately enter information into internal system
* Provide direct guidance and assistance to clients regarding company products, services and requests

* Qualifications:*
* Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business, Communications, or equivalent field/work experience preferred
* 2+ years of customer-facing service delivery, service account management, customer support management, or a similar role
* This position is ALL about personality, professionalism, and soft skills
* Excellent communication skills (verbally and written)
* Must be confident, self-motivated, detailed-oriented, professional, polished, organized, and possess the ability to multitask
* Ability to handle confidential information is critical
* Proficiency with computers is mandatory (Microsoft Suite)
*Work Environment & Training*
*FIRST: classroom training*
* Training begins in a classroom setting (virtual via Zoom) and is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM
* Classroom training will last 4-6 weeks depending on how the class is progressing
* Classroom training is comprised of presentations, quizzes, etc. Sentient puts a lot into this training and it is very thorough as the trainers want to make sure new CMCs are well-equipped before going out onto the floor on their own
*SECOND: shadowing on a rotating schedule*
* Second phase of training will be shadowing on a rotating schedule every week will change based on the person they are shadowing at this time, must be flexible to the days they can work every schedule includes ONE WEEKEND DAY every week will be a set schedule i.e.. 7AM-3PM, 10AM-6PM, 1PM-9PM etc. (6am-10pm are the hours)
* Rotating shadowing schedule is roughly another 4-6 weeks
*Post Training Schedule:*
* Hours will range from 6am-10pm after training. Please get availability however request is to be flexible as they are 24/7
* They will have shift options to work 5x8 hours shifts or 4x10 hour shifts
