** Marketing Manager, Customer Relationships**

New York, NY / Marketing / Full-time

Reporting to the Head of Growth Marketing, the Marketing Manager, Customer Relationships leads the charge in ideating and executing marketing initiatives for Tubulars global customer base to support and accelerate growth and retention.

This role will build strong relationships with customers through engaging campaigns, compelling storytelling, and fostering a community of Tubular advocates. You will be accelerating customer onboarding, adoption, expansion and retention through programs, both high-touch and at scale, in close partnership with product marketing, account managers, and customer success teams. **Responsibilities:**

* Develop global, enterprise-focused Marketing programs by defining key touchpoints in the customer journey then optimizing that experience including onboarding, education, adoption, expansion and renewal.

* Amplify the customer voice through strategic storytelling - video, case studies, quotes, webinars, social media, campaigns, research, event speakers, reviews, etc.

* Own and optimize email marketing as a key communication channel for customer experience.

* Partner with Product Marketing to prioritize content for customers that is engaging and educational.

* Collaborate with a variety of field facing teams to prioritize requests for programs that support strategic growth initiatives. Track and iterate programs based on performance data. Continuously improve

* Drive the customer targeting strategy across vertical-specific segments through ongoing whitespace analysis.

* Manage peer review sites like G2, TrustRadius and others, ensuring that we continually receive new reviews, and use the platforms to source new content.

* Support ABM strategies through strong customer relationship building and working in close collaboration with the growth marketing team.

* Build a scalable process and framework to drive customer story development from start to finish and ensure that the process is frictionless for customers.

* Own and manage a customer community building program, continually recruiting new customer advocates, stories, and soundbites.

**Requirements:**

* 3-5 years of experience focused on SaaS B2B Marketing

* Able to share examples of having created impactful customer stories or related marketing content.

* Data-driven mindset to continuously measure and evaluate impact and value, and a high growth mindset.

* Experience with Salesforce and Pardot.

* College degree in marketing, communications, business or related subject.

* Familiarity with the social video analytics space is a plus.
