The Role:

As the Senior Manager of Protective Services, you will be responsible for implementing security measures to ensure the safety and protection of our executive team, whether at home, work, or traveling worldwide. Ideal candidates are experienced executive protection professionals who prioritize customer service, loyalty, discretion, and teamwork. Successful candidates will offer a high level of experience in discrete protective security operations while demonstrating exceptional communication skills. This role will be based out of our NYC office.

What You'll Do:

•Conduct logistical planning and operational support in connection with executive protection

operations and associated travel for the Executive Team.

•Provide day-to-day discrete executive protection services on identified Executive Team members

•Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify vulnerabilities and develop proactive measures to mitigate potential threats.

•Travel frequently in support of protective operations, to include event security, both domestically and internationally, as needed and often on short notice.

•Develop and implement a comprehensive transportation security strategy that aligns with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.

•Advise Executives on security measures as needed.

•Collect, analyze, and disseminate pertinent information in a timely manner.

•Operate motor vehicles in a safe and legal manner for security transport of Executives and assets.

•Respond to emergencies and render aid in accordance with training and experience.

•Participate in periodic training on pertinent security-related skills and topics.

•Stay informed about emerging security technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously enhance security measures and adapt to changing threats

•Assist with coordinating activities, transportation, changes in travel plans, and other requests of

the Executives.

•Plan routes to and from a variety of points of destinations, e.g., meetings, conventions, travel, etc.

•Be prepared to act as liaison with local, state, and federal police, fire and medical emergency

agencies as required.

•Conduct investigations and incident response activities in collaboration with relevant authorities, ensuring prompt resolution of security incidents and implementation of preventive measures.

•Work and communicate effectively with the family office to secure property and equipment during

travel to ensure Principals' security.

•Contribute to the simplification and efficiency of the daily activities of the Executives.

•Exercise sound independent judgment and an appropriate sense of urgency, as well as flexibility

to shifting priorities and challenges.

•Effectively collaborate and communicate with others; attentively listen, ask questions, work well

with others, and demonstrate a desire to be part of a team.

•Complete other duties as assigned

What We're Looking For:

•Must have a minimum of 10+ years of related (EP) and security experience, preferably in a leadership role.

•Must have an active HR-218 credential or the ability to obtain it.

•Demonstrated experience and knowledge in protective operations to include contingency planning,

counter-surveillance, basic medical response, protective intelligence, and security driving tactics.

•Familiarity with security technologies, including access control systems, surveillance cameras, and screening equipment.

•Strong understanding of industry specific legislations and compliance requirements.

•Good physical fitness and knowledge of realistic self-defense tactics is preferred.

•Corporate executive protection experience is preferred

•Ability to work independently, adapt to various work environments, and maintain a high level of

situational awareness.

•Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost integrity.

The salary range for this position is $134,000 to $180,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
