We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Waltham, MA office.

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial decision-making by analyzing financial data, preparing reports and providing insight to help us achieve our growth goals.

Duties And Responsibilities

Analyze financial data such as revenue, expenses, customer metrics and other key performance indicators (KPIs) Responsible for the creation of accurate and timely reports for internal stakeholders, including monthly financial statements, budgets and forecasts. Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations. Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools. Perform customer credit checks for Sales organization. Communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders from leadership to other business stakeholders. Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed to support dynamic SaaS company.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting. Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate finance position. Software/SaaS industry preferred. Experience in building and maintaining financial models in Excel, with proficiency in modeling SaaS metrics and Subscription growth. Experience with major reporting tools (NetSuite, Adaptive and Salesforce preferred). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Passion for data-driven decision making and a collaborative spirit. Experience supporting a SaaS business model and understanding of the financial drivers of successful SaaS companies. Ability to work to deadlines and successfully work on multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.

This position offers a total compensation range of $79,800.00 to $87,800.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata’s benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata’s compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate’s location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
