  • Managing and coordinating daily housekeeping tasks
  • Leading weekly "House Meetings"
  • Conducting inspections, and making arrangements for random drug testing, when needed.
  • Checking Supplies and Inventory in the residence
  • Ensuring that clients have arrived back to the residence by curfew.
  • Ensuring that house chores are completed and the residence is kept clean.
  • Fulfilling any other tasks required by upper management.
  • Be aware of and follow all safety practices/risk assessments at all times
  • Attend any relevant team meetings and/or training to support continued professional development
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to be flexible and work as part of a team
  • Understanding of working in a confidential manner
  • Check and update Sober Living Roster on a weekly basis
  • Open and effective communication with technician supervisor, Clinical staff and Nursing staff to coordinate client needs into and out of sober living
  • Strong observational skills - pay attention to clients and have the ability to take control of any situation
  • Pick up supplies for houses as needed
  • Maintain proper boundaries with clients
  • Ability to have flexibility in schedule
Requirements
  • First Aid / CPR Certified or willing to become certified within 30 days of hire
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have a driver's license
  • Acceptable driving record
