Job Duties: * Lead and manage a team of engineers and support staff to complete SOW tasks and objectives. * Regularly interact with customers to ensure timely and quality completion of workload. * Engage with senior customer leaders to explore further work opportunities. * Manage recruitment, training, and onboarding of new staff, coordinating with HR. * Handle administrative tasks like ordering equipment and arranging system access for team members. * Mentor and guide new employees in manufacturing and project-related areas. * Set work priorities, approve timecards, and address daily operational issues. * Collaborate with MSCS team members in other factories for team training enhancement. Desired Qualifications: * BS Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. * 3 or more years of manufacturing and engineering experience in a relevant field * 1 or more years of technical leadership, people management, or project management experience * Ability to understand engineering and manufacturing drawings * Strong understanding of GD&T * Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, fast paced environment * Ability to collaborate and communicate with a variety of personalities, discipline groups, and tiers within the organization * Self-motivated and eager to soak up learning like a sponge * Computer savvy; advanced in MS Excel for various applications is advantageous * US Citizenship is required due to the work nature. Preferred Qualifications & Skills: * Experience with supplier & customer relations * NX/Team Center skills are advantageous. * Aerospace, turbine, or airfoil engineering experience Belcan provides a competitive pay and benefits package. Benefits offered MAY include health, dental, vision, and life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and paid leave required by law. Salary guidelines for similar roles at Belcan are $38.00-45.00 per hour. Guidelines vary based on many factors including but not limited to education, qualifications, experience, discipline, geographic location, market, and business considerations.
