JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assemble components such as sub-assemblies, brake units, door motor drives, wiring harness, and detail parts working at assembly bench.
Essential Functions :
Maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment and ensure the compliance with company's rules and policies.
Must be able to comply with quality, product safety, and HSE rules, guidelines and regulations. Be energy conscious, if applicable.
Must understand and comply with applicable standards. ( i.e.: ISO 9001, ISO 22163, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, AAR, and CMMI).
Maintain and safeguard business records.
Additional Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications and parts lists; gathering parts, sub assemblies, tools and materials.
2. Positions parts and sub assemblies by using templates or reading measurements.
3. Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
4. Verifies specifications by measuring completed component.
5. Resolves assembly problems by altering dimensions to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.
6. Provide support and assistance to other technicians and team members, as directed, and any other duties as assigned by the Cell Leader or Sr. Personnel.
7. Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment and ensure the compliance with the company's rules and policies.
8. Must be able to comply with quality, product safety, and HSE rules and regulations. Be energy conscious, if applicable.
